Accessibility Statement

Remediate.AI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partial conformance means some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

The following known limitations exist during the beta period:

• Some dashboard data tables lack full keyboard navigation support
• The scan results page may have insufficient colour contrast in certain chart elements
• Some modal dialogs may not correctly manage focus on open/close
• Third-party embedded components (Cal.com booking widget) are not under our control
• PDF reports generated by Legal Vault are not yet tagged for screen reader access

We are actively working to resolve these limitations. Priority fixes are tracked in our roadmap.

Remediate.AI relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.2:

• HTML5
• WAI-ARIA 1.2
• CSS
• JavaScript (React / Next.js)

We assess the accessibility of Remediate.AI through:

• Self-evaluation using our own axe-core scanner
• Automated WCAG 2.2 scanning via Remediate.AI
• Manual keyboard navigation testing
